1992 IFCA Mercury Award for the development of Total Menu Management, an innovation in the Inflight food service category. Our program offers airline clients a full-service menu provider who oversees all stages of printed menu management from receipt of raw food and flight information, to copywriting, translation, logistics, production and distribution.
1996 President’s Award of Distinction by the Inflight Food Service Association (IFSA) for Innovation in Systems for EMMIS. This award recognized the unique electronic systems that we developed for the management and storage of flight, aircraft configuration and food information.
1997 (- present) Quark Software Board of Advisors due to our continued development and application of technology. Our participation on this Board has allowed OSC to influence the direction of development for particular software applications and to beta test these applications before they are available to the general marketplace.
1999 Inflight Award of Distinction from IFSA for OSC’s International Menu and Destination Guide (MDG) for Delta Air Lines. This concept, developed by OSC, was recognized as distinct added value to the international traveler.
