OSC has developed a custom content management system (CMS) for organizing your projects in a media-independent environment. This system has been designed to allow OSC and our clients to collaborate on many levels in the content creation process.

With the use of a standard Web browser you can access your content and make real-time edits and additions. Revisions are tracked throughout the production process, and history can be viewed to determine who has accessed a particular file and what changes have been made to the content. Notifications make sure that everyone involved in the process is aware of the project status every step of the way.

The workflow is organized in a way that separates the actual content from the formatting (i.e., fonts, spacing, etc.). The content can be assembled for different media platforms—such as the Internet or printed materials—by applying formats upon export. This approach allows the client to efficiently implement one content source for a variety of projects in any medium.
